Google Algorithms Updates -2020: How You Need To Prepare?

Google Algorithm Update 2020

Google Algorithm Updates 2020

Since there is a prevalence of a huge amount of information on the internet, it would be unthinkable to find the exact page you require without the assistance of search engines such as Google. Google has a ranking system that is determined by a series of patented algorithms. This system sorts through millions of webpages and ranks them by their relevance in accordance with the keywords provided by the user.

In order to do this, Google algorithms look at the relevance of the websites, including the presence of the keywords, the frequency of activity, and the location of the page amongst other things. Taking these factors into consideration, Google ranks the websites in its Search Engine Results Page (SERP). The higher the rank of the page, the more relevant it is to the user’s query and the more visitors and traffic it receives. The ranks are determined by Google’s patented Page Rank system.

In order to obtain a higher Page Rank score and appear as the top result for a particular keyword, it is essential to optimize your webpage by using Search Engine Optimization (SEO). SEO enables your page to appear higher in the rankings of the SERP by strengthening its Page Rank score. Better rankings will lead to increased quality and quantity of traffic on your website, making it more reliable as well.

But throughout the year, Google keeps on updating its algorithms, which directly impacts the rankings in the search results. So one has to keep up with these changes as and when they come to retain the best results.

Google algorithms are updated approximately 500 to 600 times a year. Most of them are minuscule changes, but Google announces major updates a few times a year. These updates cause fluctuations in the ranks of the webpages in Google’s SERP, which is why it is important to keep an eye on any major core updates.

In 2020, there have been both confirmed and unconfirmed major updates. Here’s a summary of everything you need to know about these updates:

January 2020 Core Update

January-2020-caore-update

The first major confirmed update of 2020 came out on 14th January after an advanced notice from Google. This was a core update and was supposed to take two weeks to roll out completely. Core updates are the updates because of which many sites are impacted since they occur on a larger scale. At first, there were extreme fluctuations in the rankings of websites on both, desktops and mobiles, but then it started to settle down in the next few days and returned to normal by 19th January.

The January 2020 Core Update gave a higher preference to the content that is specifically tailored to match the intent of the query. It influenced categories like health and wellness, drugs and rehab, financial topics, news and politics, and more. Natural medicine doctors, who had their rankings decreased because of prior updates, saw improvement with the January Core Update. Even though the organic traffic performance was not close compared to pre-2019 traffic levels, the update seemed promising enough.

January Featured Snippets Update

January 2020 snippet update

Danny Sullivan, Google’s Public Search Liaison, announced a change in Google’s Featured Snippets practices as a confirmed update on 22nd January. Before that, the URL in a Featured Snippet used to appear at both places: at the top of the organic results page and as a part of the Featured Snippet as well. This duplication of the URL of the Featured Snippet on the first page of SERP was stopped, thus appearing only once in the Featured Snippet box. However, such URLs can appear from the second page of the SERP.

The SEO industry was affected negatively by this update, as there was a huge decline in the Click Through Rates through the links of their webpages on SERPs. This was because the Featured Snippets do not appear in the main organic results column in the SERP, but rather appeared in the right sidebar. Because of this, the regular organic link of these websites, which ranked as number one earlier in the SERP, was removed from the first page itself.

Because of the disapproval of the SEO community, Google also announced the appearance of Explore Panel within the SERP’s main column from its previous placement on the right. This was to prevent the reduction in the Click Through Rates of the links placed in the Explore Panel after the removal of the links from the organic results page as highlighted by the SEO community.

February Reversal Pattern Update

There was a series of rank fluctuations that occurred for six days between 8th February to 14th February. Barry Schwartz of SERoundtable reported an unconfirmed update that showed many reversal patterns, affecting sites that were impacted by the January 2020 Core Update while others returned to normal soon after the new update.

March COVID-19 Update

Another series of rank fluctuation were recorded lasting about 12 days from 17th March to early April. This was the longest recorded period of fluctuation apart from the core updates in two years. Research by various experts showcased that this unconfirmed update came close to the declaration of COVID-19 as a pandemic by the World Health Organization on 11th March. Around that time, there was a noticeable amount of ranking changes made to COVID-19 related keywords.

May 2020 Core Update

Google May 2020 Algorithm update

The second confirmed major update of the year was announced on 4th May. The update took two days and more fluctuations were noticed on the second day of the update than the first. This update caused rank fluctuations across all the categories and had an enormous scope, with peak volatility from 9 to 9.4 points. It seemed to affect more sites and their rankings in SERPs.

Some categories that were affected highly in terms of their rankings were travel, real estate, health, pets and animals, and people and society; since the queries related to these topics went down because of the pandemic. Other categories that suffered were Arts and Entertainment, and Online Communities. Many bigger domains like Spotify.com, Nypost.com, Creditkarma.com, Legoland.com, Ny.gov, and Burlington.com among others, with monthly traffic of more than one million, were also hit.

One of the least affected categories in the May update was news, considering that media outlets played an essential part in spreading information and were highly sought after for the past few months.

June Unconfirmed Update

There was a series of rank fluctuations from 9th June, peaking on 10th June reaching a risk level of 83 and returning to normal on 13th June. But increased levels of fluctuations were seen again on 16th June, spiking on 20th and 23rd June.

These are the overall updates of this year so far. Google algorithm updates are uncertain, and there’s nothing you can do about major updates. Even big websites are affected and see a dip in their rankings. Google has always maintained that all its algorithm updates are done in a way to ensure the most relevant, quality content for its users. All you have to do is to wait and see how the updates pan out and check the traffic on your website. Verify whether your content is free of any factual errors, spelling mistakes, and is of genuine interest to your audience. If you focus on improving your SEO strategies, updating your content, and building your backlinks, you don’t need to fear major changes by any update.

However, even if you do everything, there’s no guarantee about the results that change with every new update-how they will roll out, whether they will impact negatively or positively. Every update is different and is introduced with an aim to create the best user experience. So always watch out for the amendments that you can make with each update.

Benefits of Email Marketing

Amongst the various methods of online marketing, e-mail marketing has stood successfully to the test of time. E-mail marketing is the process of connecting with your consumer via e-mails sent to them. Many believe that it is an outdated marketing technique, but they cannot be further away from the truth. All major companies use e-mail marketing as an integral part of their marketing strategies. E-mails help to direct your customers to your accounts on various platforms, including your blog, social media, and website. It goes beyond geographical constraints to bring as many customers to your product or service as possible.

It is the easiest way to let your customers know that you value them while keeping in touch with them on a consistent basis. As per data, email marketing is almost 40 times more effective as compared to popular social media platforms in bringing in customers. So for those who say it is from a bygone era, here some most powerful benefits that an email can give to your business.

Take a look at the top ten benefits of e-mail marketing that prove it to be one of the most effective marketing techniques.

  1. Personalized

Any person likes to be approached not as general masses, but as individuals, and e-mail marketing does it best. Personalization in e-mails impacts the consumers more and makes them familiar with your company. When a company sends its subscribers an e-mail tailored exclusively for them, it makes them feel special. This, in turn, increases brand loyalty, so that customers prefer to buy from your company more because of how important your company makes them feel.

  1. High Reach

Most people check their e-mails throughout the day since it usually delivers important messages and is a converging point for many activities that they keep track of. That is the major reason why e-mail marketing works better than other social media marketing. The customer’s inbox is a place where you can regularly give updates about your company and its products; with these messages carrying more weight than similar messages in other social media.

Email Marketing Reach

  1. Inexpensive

Sending e-mails is fast and easy, and they cost very little to nothing. You can now reach nearly the same amount of people you could reach through newspapers or magazines, with a fraction of the money that you would spend for either. You might only have to pay for the e-mail broadcasting applications to send multiple messages. In order to make your audience to sign up to be a part of the email list, you can offer them something tempting in return, like a discount coupon or an information booklet related to your field. E-mail marketing acts as a boon for small businesses, which don’t have a huge amount of money to splurge on advertising and need high returns for the money that they do spend.

  1. Effective

A good e-mail marketing campaign offers returns that are much higher than the amount of effort put in. The more relevant and personalized your campaign is, the more likely people are to purchase your product or service. That is why e-mail marketing can really boost the sales of your product. When you send a targeted and attractive e-mail alert to the customer about an offer or a sale, they tend to click on the link provided in the email and check out the products for themselves at your website from whatever gadget they are using at that time.

  1. Return on Investment

It is a statistically proven fact that the return on investment for e-mail marketing is significantly higher than many other methods of online marketing. The average ROI for e-mail marketing is 42:1, which means a good number of people are responding to your call-to-action. A company should send e-mails at regular intervals while improving the quality of the content in the e-mails. On average, for every $1 spent on a good e-mail marketing campaign, $38 is earned.

Increase ROI return on investment

  1. Quantifiable Gains

Traditional forms of marketing are steeped with uncertainty, but with e-mail marketing, you don’t have to wonder about the impact your emails have made on your target audience. In fact, you can monitor the metrics as soon as you send out your e-mails. For people to open your emails, you will have to design an attractive subject line. The next step is to ensure good click-through rates, which is basically making certain that the audience clicks on the relevant links that you put up in your e-mail. A higher click-through rate means more people visit your site and check out your products, which will result in better chances of people buying your product. You can supervise the real-time statistics with the help of various analytical software like Google Analytics.

  1. Brand Loyalty and Recall

If you send out regular, targeted, and personalized emails to your customers, they would remember your brand better than your competitors’ while making a purchase. This is because e-mails serve as the biggest platform for one-on-one communication. E-mail communication engages the customers with the business more intimately, thus building a strong connection with them. When a company keeps interacting with their audience, be it giving them updates about a new product launch, sending them discount coupons, seasonal greetings, tips, or any such helpful matter, their audience respond favorably. When not overdone, customers like the attention they get from a brand, and they tend to trust and support such brands by making purchases from them or referring them to others who might be interested in their products.

  1. Establishes the Company

Regular newsletters to your audience with advice or links to blog posts, giving them tips on using a particular product effectively, facts, how-tos, DIYs, and other titbits of information make your company appear more knowledgeable in your particular field. Such informative content will make them turn to you for more in-depth, expert knowledge on the subject, and make them rely on you to offer the best quality of service or product to them. These kinds of e-mails will make them partial to your company and establish it in your field.

  1. Creates Anticipation

Sending sneak peeks of the latest launch, e-mail exclusive discount offers, and special gifts or vouchers makes your audience feel appreciated. Perks like these also make them look forward to your next e-mail and keeps them excited for any news from your company. This kind of engagement sends a message that you value your customers and treat them really well, which will make them choose you in the market instead of your competitors. The rewards that you offer to your audience need not be something big. Even if it is small, it is the gesture that matters.

  1. Easy for Beginners

The best thing about e-mail marketing is that the means are readily available. Anyone can set up an e-mail account and start sending out e-mails in a jiffy. If the basic features are all you need, you need not make a special payment for an additional setup. Moreover, its upgrades don’t cost a fraction of what displaying one ad through traditional media would. There are lots of free plans that help you send out bulk emails and reach out to your subscribers. This makes it perfect for small businesses to establish their online presence in a highly competitive market. In short, you can start with it whenever you want without any special preparations.

Thus, email marketing is something you should not ignore, especially when you are making your presence felt. Direct contact with your customer will offer you an edge over others who dismiss e-mail marketing services. It saves time, both yours and of your customers, and ensures a better overall experience. Making good use of e-mail marketing techniques will reap these benefits to the fullest and is essential to capture a loyal following in the market.

Beginner’s Guide To Online Marketing

Online Marketing Benefits

Online Marketing Guide

Online marketing (also called Internet marketing or Digital marketing) is a set of methods and tools used to create publicity for your company’s product or service through platforms that are based on the internet. Right now, it is essential to know how to reach out to your consumers via online channels more than ever. The dynamic change ushered in by the age of technology is no longer supported by traditional means of marketing. Learning how to implement online marketing techniques is crucial to ensure that your business not just survives, but thrives. Online marketing strategies might look intimidating at first, but by the time you read the entire article, you’ll have a pretty good idea of what it is all about.

When you plan to take your business online, there will be many who will guide you on things like:

  • Keep your focus on your customers
  • Have a concrete marketing framework
  • Make your brand story
  • Have your own audience
  • Make the right connections
  • Drive sales and what not.

No doubt, all these things sound legit but how to get started to reach them is what actually matters. This is where different types of online marketing techniques can help you to get started the right way.

Here are some of the major online marketing techniques that are widely used by businesses.

Pay Per Click (PPC)

It is an advertising model where the marketers pay only for each click on their advertisement in a particular platform. It is an umbrella model that includes various types of marketing. Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing are the two major branches of the PPC model.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

When you type certain keywords in a search engine like Google, you’ll notice that you generally click on the first few results on the result page. Starting a new company or having a lot of competitors in your field means that you’ll have to jump ahead of them to come up at the top of the search engine results page. Search Engine Marketing is when you bid a certain amount of money for a specific keyword in a service like Google AdWords so that your website information comes up right at the top of the Google results page when someone enters that keyword. The popular keywords will have more expensive prices per click, making it easier to lose money, so you must choose the right keyword in order to ensure more publicity.

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

While browsing through the internet, we see advertisements on a frequent basis. While they catch our eye, some of them can be annoying at times, which is why it is important to place the right advertisement at the right place to the right person. You must have your viewers interested in what you have to offer in the first place. Properly placed ads toward a well-defined target audience can boost brand visibility and increase conversion. It is essential to choose your social media platforms according to the USP of the product or service you offer. For example, if your company sells intricately carved jewelry, Instagram is a great platform to show it off. If you have an event coming up and want others to join, you can start a page on Facebook and promote it to get people to sign up.

Difference between PPC & SEO

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

This is probably one of the most talked-about techniques when it comes to online marketing. SEO means the integration of salient keywords in the content or source code of your page. The web crawlers (a search engine’s bot that browses through web pages to index them in the search engine results page) will notice the number of times the keyword appears in your content. Thus, the more the keywords you have in your content, the higher your page will rank in the results. SEO is an organic type of marketing, meaning, it will lead to increased quality and quantity of traffic to your website, without paying for it like SEM. In fact, if your site is at the top of the organic results page, people will trust it more than the websites that are listed at the top due to SEM. There are two types of SEO:

    • On-page SEO: Optimizing your site’s content and its source HTML code with relevant keywords.
    • Off-page SEO: Efforts taken outside of your website, like link-building, to build its ranking in the results page.

Content Marketing

This is the best type of marketing for it focuses on spreading knowledge. Posting helpful and reliable content, like tutorials, on a regular basis makes you trustworthy. Consumers will be interested in the products you recommend since you have cemented your position as an expert in that particular field.

Basics of Social Media Marketing

Video Marketing

A part of content marketing, making video content like tutorials, seminars, demos or entertaining content is a great way to attract your audience. YouTube is a good platform to make a channel for your company, post videos, and give updates about something new that has been launched. Videos aptly showcase features that are more impactful through a visual medium than through a written medium.

E-mail Marketing

Many-a-times overlooked; it is a simple yet effective way to build a personal connection with your target audience. Offering tempting freebies would get your audience to sign up for your email list, which you can use to regularly send updates. E-mail marketing creates a lasting brand image and brand recall in the audience’s mind. If you are a niche brand or are not well-known, this can act as a huge boon to familiarize people with your product or service, increasing the chances of them purchasing from you.

Affiliate Marketing

If you know people in your specialty that have a huge following on a social media platform, this is the type of marketing you should go for. Building an affiliate network with many content creators would mean that you don’t have to actively promote your content; the content creators will do it on your behalf to their large audience base. The interest they create in their viewers about your goods or services will lead to them buying your products through the affiliate links of the respective content creators. The content creators receive a certain percentage of money from every purchase made through their links, as a commission for their work. It is a symbiotic relationship for both, the content creator and the company providing the product/service.

Influencer Marketing

Influencer marketing is a lot like celebrity endorsements, except you not only use traditional celebrities, like actors or sportsmen, to promote your product, but also use the help of social media influencers, who have become a household name due to their strong presence in online media. These people are prone to influence the behavior and the lifestyle of their large following. There are various kinds of influencers out there, so you will have to go to someone who is well-known in your particular niche.

Influencer Marketing

Viral Marketing

Viral marketing is a type of marketing where information about the product or service is designed in such a way that it is spread rapidly through the internet or word-of-mouth. But this sort of marketing is usually a hit or miss. Viral marketing is risky and can be found annoying after a point of time. It consists of many factors coming into play that must be carefully considered. It is more of a gamble, where you cannot control the rate of its spread or the type of audience receiving the message. But if successful, viral marketing can offer you more than five minutes of fame and lasting brand recall in the mass audience.

These are the different, broad categories of online marketing that you must know as a beginner. There is much more to each of them, and you can research them in-depth once you decide which categories you want to apply for your company.

Let your presence be felt with your work online. Perfect your online strategy and make it work in your favor.

SEO Friendly Web Design
SEO Friendly Web Design

Over the last few years, the digital world has transformed dramatically, changing the traditional style of conducting marketing campaigns. Various strategies like Email and Telemarketing have almost diminished from the digital landscape, but Search Engine Optimization (SEO) still remains a fundamentally effective and superior marketing technique. SEO helps the business organizations to speak in client’s dialect, understand their behaviour, identify the current market trends, and resolve their questions or concerns. With the wide-ranging capabilities and conversion rates, SEO mainly focuses on the overall improvement of your business while excluding direct traffic and outbound marketing campaigns.

So for businesses that are looking for consistent growth, they cannot ignore SEO website design. Gaining benefits from an SEO optimized website design might seem to be a hard thing initially but it is definitely worth it.

Website Design and SEO

Here, let’s understand what is SEO friendly website and how it can boost your business:

SEO is the process of improving the quality and quantity of website traffic by accentuating its visibility on the search engine results. Similarly, building an SEO-friendly website means making significant changes in its architecture, design, and content for pushing the rankings. Such a website allows the search engines (like Google, Bing) to crawl each webpage efficiently, interpret the content, and accurately index it in the database. This means your website design and SEO go hand in hand.

On that note, here we’ve outlined the top advantages of an SEO website design that’ll help you know why SEO is the sure-shot marketing arsenal in this competitive world:

  • Drives High-quality Traffic: Getting top position on the first page of the search engine result ensures maximum impressions and clicks. As SEO lays its focus on creating keyword relevant title tags and meta descriptions, it will always show the most informative and Seo-friendly content on the first page. Additionally, such optimized tags and descriptions tend to increase the click-through rate and promote qualified web traffic. Adopting the customer-centric approach, SEO website design attempts to connect with consumers placed at every stage of your marketing Funnel. It also targets a specific demographic audience and brings in high-quality traffic to your site while avoiding intrusive techniques like TV ads, cold calling, and telemarketing.
SEO Drives High-quality Traffic
  • Increased Site Usability: Leading search engines recognize ‘Time on page’ as a primary indicator of a website’s value and customer engagement. Good usability improves the critical success elements such as traffic, conversion rates, positive reviews, and branded searches. As a result, SEO re-arranges the site’s architecture and links constantly to make it more navigable. Such a well-structured and uncluttered website compels the reader or target customer to stick around for a longer period of time while waning the bounce rate. Likewise, highly relevant content (like blogs and newsletters) satisfy the readers by answering their questions, pressing issues, or solving queries. All in all, SEO-friendly web design will not only improve user experience but will also lead to better search engine rankings.

  • Builds Brand Credibility: Featuring amongst the top search results (also called as SERP) simply means that the search engine considers your website as a relevant and genuine source of information. As search engines like ‘Google’ use ‘on-page and off-page’ signals to rank websites, it displays filtered and most resourceful results to the internet users. So, if Google places its trust by pushing the website rank higher, favourably the people will also start relying on you. In that event, SEO optimized website design will maximize the brand value and credibility through various practices like on-page content optimization, crawl errors and broken link identification, domain-wise backlinks fixing, and so on. Moreover, these SEO techniques will not only help you to create an online buzz but also promote and sustain brand recalls.
  • Increased Local Engagement: With the up-surging penetration of smartphones and technological advancement, ‘Local search’ has become a fundamental element of SME’s digital marketing strategy. Local SEO primarily aims at optimizing the digital properties for a specific vicinity so that customers can find your business quickly and come one step closer to a transaction. Focusing on specific areas (like towns, cities, regions, and even states), Local optimization establishes a viable medium for the brand’s messaging on a specific level. This website and content optimization is performed by including local citations, backlinks, and other local listings relevant to the location, domain, and brand. All this is possible with good website design and SEO optimization that must lay emphasis on geo-specific searches and local business listing while ensuring maximum engagement and brand awareness.
  • Provides Great Insights: SEO is highly quantifiable and thus gives you unparalleled insight into every small action. This will allow you to see which pages or articles are experiencing a high bounce rate and which ones are surpassing expectations. With the right SEO techniques, you can take a look at several elements such as
    • months or days when the readers were most active,
    • the regions from which maximum traffic emerges,
    • the language used while searching information online, and
    • the most relevant keywords to your business or niche.

By keeping a tab on the browsing behaviour and interests of the target audience, you can easily plan a good SEO strategy and adapt to new trends.

  • Cost-effectiveness and High ROI: As compared to traditional outbound strategies, SEO is relatively considered as a more cost-effective and qualitative approach. With the ability to integrate web-based social networks and PPC together, SEO can advance all your business objectives at an exponential rate. Additionally, SEO doesn’t charge any media costs for ad display or click-through products. This simply means that the total upfront cost arises solely from the SEO implementation and optimization process. In all, with high-quality content and relevant Keywords, SEO can push your marketing goals to get a better return on investment (ROI).

In a nutshell, implementing strong SEO strategies is always worth the investment. Though it might take some time to show results initially, the final outcome is always noteworthy. With an opportunity to control what individuals read, interpret, and do on social-media pages, SEO allows you to attract more clientele and spread brand awareness globally. Simply speaking, the right SEO strategy can make your company image more prominent, positive, and well-perceived.

Now, that we know how SEO can do wonders for your business, let’s see How to make your website seo-friendly?

  • Incorporating social media platforms (like Twitter, Facebook) into the primary design of the website will always lead to a win-win situation. It helps you to rank better with search engines while showing the potential customers that your company is personable.
  • As ‘Flash elements’ are generally ignored or devalued by the search engines, it not only affects the rankings but also distract the potential customers. Building an SEO-friendly website can improve your company’s visibility while enhancing your digital marketing strategy.
  • A keyword strategy can become the sole game-changer when done correctly. Striking the perfect balance between keyword usage and subject relevance can help you to achieve long-term SEO success. On the contrary, the efficiency of the over-optimizing techniques like “link stuffing” and “content stuffing” are inconsistent and short-lived.
  • Building an SEO- friendly architecture or layout can spread link equity and drive more traffic. While Internal links can help the search engines to crawl down to every page and thereby enhance the ranking scores. External links allow the search engines to understand your niche, and improve its trust and quality among readers.
  • Incorporating keywords into the site’s URL can help you to produce the maximum traffic and clicks. And, if an authoritative website links back to your content, the search engine will interpret it as a genuine source of information and increase your rankings substantially.

Keeping it simple, just practice unique content, make your URLs user-friendly, optimize your website for all types of devices, do image optimization, internal linking, and avoid keyword stuffing to make your website stand out.

Conclusion

An SEO optimized website design increases leads, sales, up-sells, conversions, sharing, affiliate clicks and so much more. With the right SEO techniques, you can craft a definitive and customer-focused brand voice that’ll connect you with the targeted demographic audience. Not to mention, SEO can drive more value and personalization to your marketing campaigns by simply using the traffic’s data and ranking scores. It provides you with the right kind of attention and keeps paying you back.

So, if your website isn’t able to drive quality traffic or shows no economic value, then it’s time to integrate robust SEO strategies into your business to push your rankings and create organic traffic substantially.

SEO web design is more than just creating a fast and easy to navigate site or publishing great content. It is about effective optimization that must lead to maximum efficiency for everything you do, which means bigger and better traffic, more conversions, an interested audience, and more money-making.

How Online Businesses Are Adapting toTheCOVID-19 Saga

Corona

The rapid spread of the coronavirus pandemic has many businesses shut down and many workers either out of work or working from home. Families are stuck at home in self-isolation and quarantine as an effective measure of preventing the spread of COVID-19. Even children are out of school and home all day, spending hours on end online with their tablets and mobile devices. And who can blame them? Mum and dad are doing the same thing, except they are shopping online since they can’t go to the shops.

Keeping that in mind, this puts today’s online businesses in a rather opportune position. Many business owners are complaining about losing sales from walk-in customers, while businesses with a well-designed website are serving more customers than ever.

So, what does all this mean when it comes to e-Commerce for businesses in this current climate having online shops? It means that they must strengthen their online presence and show the customers that they are open and ready to serve their needs.

Let’s look at some things that you can do to build your online presence during the coronavirus pandemic:

Manage Your Social Networks-start and manage social networks for your business. It is important for small business owners to not mix their professional life with their personal one.
